Circuit Training

Circuit Training classes are ideal for keeping fit, introducing a variety of exercises and activities to work your whole body.


Exercises are one after the other, all in one fast-paced class with minimal rest periods. Everything from squat jumps and bench presses to rowing and weights, covering all muscle groups and using all sorts of equipment.


Circuit Training, although fun, is vigorous and intense from start to finish, but highly beneficial to general fitness, weight loss and endurance. RW Fitness Circuit Training caters for various ages and ability levels.


Everyone begins at a station, and when the time is up for that activity everyone moves to the next free station. 


Some classes alternate an aerobic activity (like stepping or stationary cycling) with a muscle-strengthening activity (like using weight machines).


Increase your strength and aerobic fitness and burn calories in this invigorating, fun class. Aim to get in an additional 20 minutes of straight aerobic exercise at least three days a week to maximise the benefit of Circuit Training.
